ku9e Terms & Conditions

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or placing a bet or wager through the ku9e platform (available at ku9e.net and any associated mobile applications or interfaces), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the ku9e platform and close your account.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and ku9e with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings of any kind, whether written or oral, relating to your use of ku9e services. These Terms & Conditions are written in English and shall be interpreted according to their plain English meaning.

ku9e reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered members via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of ku9e following the publication of updated Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

ku9e operates as an online betting and casino platform targeting adult players in Bangladesh. All services are provided for entertainment purposes only. ku9e does not guarantee any specific financial outcome from participation in betting or gaming activities. Players acknowledge that all forms of gambling carry an inherent risk of financial loss and that past results are not indicative of future outcomes.

To access betting, casino gaming, and any other real-money services offered by ku9e, you must create a registered account. Registration is open only to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are aged 18 years or older at the time of registration.

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by ku9e will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges and, if unresolved, closure of the account. ku9e processes all personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement by reference.

Each individual may hold only one registered account. If duplicate accounts are detected — whether registered with the same personal details, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — ku9e reserves the right to close all accounts except the oldest verified one and to void any bonuses claimed across the duplicate accounts.

All financial transactions on ku9e are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). ku9e supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players based in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific methods may vary depending on your account status and the current operational status of each payment provider.

Deposits

Deposits are credited to your ku9e wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. For mobile financial services such as bKash and Nagad, this typically occurs within 60 seconds of a successful transaction. ku9e does not charge a fee on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which ku9e accepts no responsibility.

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of deposit and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits made by a third party on your behalf are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
• ku9e reserves the right to return a deposit if it cannot be satisfactorily verified as originating from the account holder.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, unless ku9e support has approved an alternative arrangement in writing. Before your first withdrawal is processed, your account must pass identity verification as described in Section 2. Subsequent withdrawals may require re-verification at ku9e's discretion.

• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within one Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business day.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take 2–5 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• ku9e reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that are unusual in size, frequency, or destination, which may temporarily delay processing.

ku9e is not a financial institution. Funds held in your ku9e wallet are not covered by any deposit protection scheme. ku9e holds player funds in accounts separate from operational funds; however, players are advised not to maintain large balances in their ku9e wallet beyond what is required for active play.

ku9e offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to registered members, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to Bangladesh cricket events, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26). All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, as well as the general conditions set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements

Unless a specific bonus offer states otherwise, all bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement. This requirement specifies the total amount that must be wagered before the bonus-derived balance can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the individual bonus offer terms.

• Wagering contributions vary by game type: sports bets typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino games may contribute a lower percentage; slots and instant games contribution rates are specified per offer.
• Bets placed on events with odds below a specified minimum threshold may not count toward wagering requirements — the minimum qualifying odds will be stated in the offer terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified in the offer terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from the account automatically.

General Bonus Conditions

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per payment method.

• Bonuses are available to players aged 18 and above only. Players who have activated self-exclusion are not eligible to receive bonuses during the exclusion period.

As a registered member of ku9e, you agree to use the platform in a lawful, fair, and good-faith manner at all times. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of ku9e is compliant with applicable laws in your jurisdiction. The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the ku9e platform:

• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one account, whether in your own name or using another person's identity.
• Identity fraud: Providing false, misleading, or third-party personal information during registration or verification.
• Automated betting tools: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated system to place bets, interact with the platform, or gain an advantage over other players.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers through low-risk hedging strategies, coordinated play, or any method designed to extract bonus value without genuine participation in the spirit of the promotion.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to fix outcomes, share information in real-time to gain an unfair advantage, or otherwise undermine the integrity of any game or betting market.
• Money laundering: Using the ku9e platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for any purpose other than genuine gambling entertainment. ku9e complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Technical exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or system vulnerabilities to gain an advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be removed from the account.
• Unauthorised access: Attempting to access other players' accounts, ku9e's administrative systems, or any part of the platform's infrastructure not intended for general player use.

ku9e employs a range of technical and manual monitoring tools to detect prohibited conduct. Where a breach is identified, ku9e may take immediate action including voiding bets, withholding withdrawals pending investigation, suspending account access, and permanently closing the account. In serious cases involving fraud or criminal activity, ku9e will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities.

All sports bets placed on ku9e are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type, which are published in the ku9e sportsbook rules section. The following general betting rules apply across all markets unless a specific sport rule states otherwise:

General Sports Betting Rules

• A bet is confirmed once it has been accepted by the ku9e system and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets cannot be cancelled or modified by the player once confirmed, except where a cash-out facility is available and the player elects to use it before the relevant event concludes.
• Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at confirmation are the final odds that apply to that bet.
• In the event that an event is cancelled, postponed beyond 48 hours of its scheduled start time, or abandoned before a result can be determined, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the player's wallet.
• ku9e reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a palpable error in the odds — for example, where a price is manifestly inconsistent with market prices due to a data or technical error. Players will be notified and stakes returned in such cases.
• Cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ODI, and Test matches — are governed by the ICC official rules for match and series outcomes. In-play ball-by-ball markets are subject to specific cricket betting rules published in the sportsbook section.

Casino and Instant Games

All casino games available on ku9e — including live dealer tables powered by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi, as well as slots from NetEnt, Microgaming, and Pragmatic Play — are governed by the individual game rules presented within each game's interface. These rules are set by the respective game providers and ku9e has no authority to override them.

• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems and, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcomes of cards, dice, or roulette wheels operated by trained dealers.
• In the event of a technical disconnection during a casino game round, the game provider's stated disconnection policy applies. Where a round cannot be completed and a result cannot be determined, stakes will be returned to the player's wallet.
• ku9e is not responsible for the malfunction of a game caused by the player's device, internet connection, or third-party software. Players are advised to ensure they have a stable connection before commencing play.

ku9e reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the specified timeframe.
• Detection of fraudulent, collusive, or money-laundering activity.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request.
• Where continued operation of the account presents a risk to other players or the integrity of the platform.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified by email and their ability to deposit, withdraw, and place bets will be paused until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation results in account closure for cause, any bonus balances and winnings derived from bonuses will be forfeited. Genuine deposited funds will be returned to the original payment source where this is technically feasible and not prohibited by applicable law or a court order.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your ku9e account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before closing your account, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be refunded to your primary withdrawal method after standard verification. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

Self-Exclusion

If you wish to stop gambling for a defined period or permanently, ku9e offers a self-exclusion facility accessible from your account settings or by contacting support. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be locked, and you will not be able to log in, place bets, or receive promotional communications. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed until the minimum exclusion period has elapsed, and any request to shorten a self-exclusion will be subject to a mandatory cooling-off period. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed under any circumstances.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ku9e's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ku9e expressly excludes all liability for the following categories of loss, whether direct or indirect, and regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable or ku9e had been advised of their possibility:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Loss of business opportunity or goodwill.
• Losses arising from the player's reliance on any information displayed on the platform, including odds, statistics, or results data.
• Losses resulting from the player's own decision-making in relation to betting or gaming outcomes.
• Losses arising from interruptions to platform availability due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party provider outages, or circumstances beyond ku9e's reasonable control (including but not limited to power failures, telecommunications outages, natural disasters, or acts of government).

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit ku9e's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
