How to Set a Limit

Session Time-Out

A session time-out ends your current active session after a period you define before you start playing. You can set a session time-out of anywhere between 15 minutes and 8 hours. When the timer expires, you will receive a notification and be given the choice to end the session or extend it by a set increment. If you do not respond within 5 minutes of the notification, you will be automatically logged out.

Cool-Off Period (Short Break)

A cool-off period suspends your ability to deposit or bet for a fixed period you select in advance. Available cool-off durations at ku9e are:

• 24 hours — ideal for taking a day off after a particularly long session.
• 48 hours — a weekend break to reset your perspective.
• 7 days — a week away from gambling to reassess your habits.
• 30 days — a full month off, suitable for players who feel they are spending more time or money than intended.

During a cool-off period you can still log in to view your transaction history, check your account balance, and submit a withdrawal request for any funds remaining in your account. You cannot deposit, place bets, or participate in any real-money activity until the cool-off period expires. Cool-off periods begin immediately and cannot be shortened once activated.

Self-exclusion is the most comprehensive protective measure available on the ku9e platform. Choosing self-exclusion is an act of courage, and ku9e will always support that decision without question or pressure to reconsider.

How Self-Exclusion Works

• 6 months
• 1 year
• 2 years
• 5 years
• Permanent (indefinite)

Once a self-exclusion request is confirmed, your account will be suspended within 24 hours. You will receive a confirmation email. During the exclusion period, you cannot create a new account on ku9e.net using the same identity or payment details. Any attempt to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering under a different name or phone number is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and will result in permanent account closure.

Withdrawing Funds During Self-Exclusion

Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the point of self-exclusion will be returned to your primary verified withdrawal method (bKash, Nagad, bank account, etc.) within 3–5 business days. Bonus funds and uncleared promotional credits will be forfeited. You do not need to request this separately — it is processed automatically as part of the exclusion.

Reinstating Your Account

If you selected a fixed-term self-exclusion (6 months to 5 years), you may request reinstatement after the exclusion period has fully elapsed. Reinstatement is not automatic — you must contact support and will be required to confirm your identity and complete a brief welfare check with a member of our responsible gaming team. A mandatory 7-day reflection period is applied after any reinstatement request before the account is reopened. If you selected permanent self-exclusion, reinstatement is not available.
